Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. In case of high order volumes or product unavailability, processing time may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
​Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
Estimated Delivery Time:

Within Karnataka: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier service efficiency, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. At present, we do not offer international shipping. If you wish to request international delivery for bulk or special orders, please contact us at info@dheegrantha.com, and we will explore available options.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable). Tracking details become active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Delivery Partners
We work with reputed courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. However, once a package is handed over to the courier, the responsibility for timely delivery rests with the carrier.

Delays and Service Interruptions
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.Provide your order number and supporting photographs to help us resolve the issue quickly. If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to trace it and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Change of Shipping Address
If you wish to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Once the order is dispatched, we will not be able to modify the delivery address.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for redelivery.
