Return & Refund Policy

At Dhee Grantha, we take great care to ensure that every book and product you receive meets our quality standards. Each item is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped to reach you in excellent condition. However, in the rare event that a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, this Returns & Replacement Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which you may request a replacement or report an issue.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You received an incorrect item (different title or format than ordered).

  • The product has significant printing or binding errors that affect readability.

Requests for replacement must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

As a standard policy for printed materials, returns or replacements will not be accepted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind or accidental order placement.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish caused by screen or print differences.

  • Normal wear and tear due to usage.

All products are non-returnable once used, read, or handled beyond inspection.

 

Reporting a Problem

To request a replacement or report a damaged/incorrect item:

Contact us at info@dheegrantha.com within 3 days of receiving the order.

Include your order number and clear photographs and videos of the damaged or incorrect product. Our team will verify your claim and provide the next steps. Once approved, we will either:

Ship a replacement copy of the same product (subject to availability), or

Offer a refund or store credit if replacement is not possible.

 

Return Shipping

If a return or replacement is approved, we will arrange for pickup or provide return instructions via email. You will not be charged for return shipping in case of defective or incorrect items. If the return is due to reasons not covered under this Policy, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are processed only in cases where replacement is not possible. Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed. To cancel an order, please write to us at info@dheegrantha.com as soon as possible with your order details.

Damaged or Lost Packages During Transit

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please inform us immediately with your order details.
We will coordinate with our delivery partners to investigate and issue a replacement or refund as applicable.
